Navigating the Management of Chronic Pain: A Pharmacist’s Guide

This course will give the pharmacist the confidence to list the strengths and weaknesses of medications to aid in the management of chronic pain in relation to safety, tolerability and effectiveness. Also, the pharmacist will be able to recommend therapies for the elderly patient and provide patient and family counseling.
